So I'm playing A Link to the Past and I get to the boss of the Eastern Palace. I beat him but I needed to use one of the fairie-bottles I had AND IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO CATCH A GODDAMN FAIRIE SO I WAS PISST. But I beat him! So I go and get some Pegasus boots from some old guy in a cave and go to save the game.

I HIT.

THE WRONG.

BUTTON.

AND LOADED THE GAME.

I nearly screamed out loud. :| FOUR SCREENS BEFORE THE FINAL BOSS.

Let me tell you about these four rooms.

One of them has three of these horrible monsters that start out as statues, and when you approach them, they come to life and chase you around the room. They can only be attacked when they come to life, and it's VERY hard to run for your life and fight at the same time.
The next room is FLYING BALLS OF DOOM room. Literally. These black balls shoot out of every corner of the room and you have to get to the switch on the left side of the room, hit it, and run like hell through the door without being hit.
Next room has a bunch of skeletons which are easy to kill, and a red version of the terrible stone monsters from before, WHICH CAN ONLY BE HIT WITH ARROWS.
The final room before the boss has a bunch of tentacle monsters (YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT) and TWO of the horrible red stone beasts. TWOOOOOOOOOO.

So after passing through these horrors for the SECOND TIME, I have 1 3/4 hearts left. :| I figure, "what the fuck, I'll fight the boss. I have two bottle fairies afterall, so I can't possibly lose."

Well I was right.

I KILLED THE FUCKING BOSS WITH HALF A HEART LEFT AND DID NOT USE ANY BOTTLE FAIRIES, WHO FUCKING ROCKS, I FUCKING ROCKS!!!!!

Also my favorite youtube personality, Snake uploaded some new walkthroughs. 8D Assassin's Creed 2 which actually looks pretty goddamn fun! Part of the game takes place in Italy in the 1400's, which is pretty badass! I might have to try it out if I get one of the newfangled gaving systems for Christmas or something.
